Report for multiple products

The multiple products tab of the personal ledger balances report lists several client balances on a particular date. The report lists the Shares balances, Savings Balances, Loan disbursements and outstanding balances of various products as follows.

• The Total number of Shares purchased by the client broken into the Current share balance is the product of the number of shares and the current share value, and the Nominal balance is the total of the Nominal Share value and the total number of shares on the clients account.

• The savings column has only the Savings Balance which shows the total amount available on a specific product accounts.

• The Loans section display the total Disbursements, Total loan amounts Repaid and the Out standing loan Balance as at the reporting date.

How to view the Personal Ledger Balances Report for multiple products

To view the savings balances report you go to Savings/Savings Reports/Personal Ledger Balances Report/Report for multiple products. A screen like one below will appear:

• Reporting date: Enter the date on which your report should be generated e.g., "07/07/2020" ..
• Product: From the drop down box, select a loan product that you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all loan products that are available in the system.
• Client Category 1: From the drop down box, select a client based on the classification that you made at Menu Support Files Client Category 1 / Client Category 2 and Client Category 3. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all options under each client category.
• Geographical area: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas.
• Cost Center: From the drop down box, select a cost center for which you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all business sectors that are available in the system..
• Report only for pending loan applications: When this option is ticked, then the report will display on the loan secion only pending loan applications.

Click on the OK button to display the report which will look like one below:
